Mohair Roof Re-colouring

I have recently recovered my targa roof panel & applied a few coats of Revono black to the existing rear roof section but cant get it dark enough to match.

Can anybody recommend another tested product that has a darker black affect if you get what I mean.

Did you re-waterproof it too? It's essential (otherwise the dye will come out) and it makes it slightly darker too.

I havn't water proofed it yet - I was waiting to get it dark enough - but i will have a go & see if it gets darker - thanks for the tip
