Has this feature been turned off?
On this thread the OP has been deleted, but it's not been replaced with a suitable message.

Or is it a case that if they delete the replacement it goes permanently?

Still on (and working) and they shouldn't be able to delete the replacement, so it's a bit of a puzzle really!

If I get chance I'll do a bit of digging and see if I can spot how he did it.

ETA: Found it, there is a minor bug which lets you get round it.
