Hasn't this been occuring at for many years now (eg ChryslerJeep). It still can leave funny marks if the cars are left like this for long periods of time - as in the case of the Cherokees because they couldn't sell enough!

Why, do you have one? Have you kept the wrappers on the seats too?

Good to hear Audi are feeding me with old news then. What will I get next? The launch of the Audi Quattro?

It could be a new process of getting the white tape on there. I know that they have been experimenting with different types of coverings before the car gets on the train doe to transport rash. They have certaintly been using a thin white tape, but it may have been tape in the past and now Goo!!

See if you can get an RS6 out of them for the weekend as recompence! Thats a bit of a dragster disguised as a drawing room in the Continental R style.

If they used the goo process on TVR then it would probably take all the paint away when you unpeeled the goo.

Why do you say that, the paintwork finish on TVRs is generally better than that on most cars!

Ernest,

Its rocketship quick, feels even quicker than the RS4 and much more well appointed. Doesnt have the lunacy of the RS2 mind, but it does what it says on the tin - Slay M5's.
