Fuel Pump to Filter Hose Length

Hi Guys

I have a new fuel pump winging its way to me, once it arrives I intend to change the filter too and also the pipe that runs between the two. I assume the hose is 8mm high pressure fuel hose? Does anyone know what length I would need if I replace it ? Thought about a bit of stainless braided for extra resilience to the elements. Has anyone changed theres. TIA Damon (BTW its a 2.9 S3)

I would stick with solid pipe Damon, braided looks nice and will do but it will perish in time.

Thanks Alan I have had a look tonight and think your right as it would introduce more clips and its busy enough in that area. Subject closed
