Hello wise PH collective.

I've agreed to rendez vous with someone at Clacket Lane Services to collect some seats I've bought for a car.

Can I get over the road bridge from the north side to the south side from within the services or do I need to go along to the next junction?

On google maps it looks like it can be done but I suspect there might be a barrier preventing this?

There is a barrier.. Sometimes its open, sometimes its closed.. Usually the latter though

What's the latest on this barrier?

As there's a Days Inn there now is the barrier open all the time?
