Has PH introduced a new link thing again?

Tried to click the link in this http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... and it is blocked by my IP filtering.

Not a new one, Skimlinks has been running for several months now (bar a short period of time when we tried Viglink).

It's useful to know who it is causing problems for though, so if you have any more issues then please let me know.
