‘Squid sex’ man facing charges

A man appeared in court today – accused of possessing a picture of a man having sex with a squid.
Andrew Dymond was arrested after police found a stash of porn on his computer, a court heard.
He was charged with possessing an image of someone ‘performing an act of intercourse with a dead animal’.
But prosecutors amended the charge when it was admitted it could have been an octopus.
The sea creature was clearly dead, Swansea magistrates heard.
Dymond also faced 14 charges of making indecent images of children.
Dymond, 46, of Mumbles, south Wales, was given conditional bail.

Slightly put out of proportion, no?
It's almost like:
"The man was charged with posessing indecent images of a man having sex with a dead invertabrate, possibly an Octopus. This quite disgusting image was declared "sick beyond human comprehension" buy the judge and "he will regret ever possessing such an image. The Judge went on to say how such images can only be interpreted as the invention of a very sick mind and the defendant needs serious help along with being put on a seafood register."
"Oh and he had a few thousand child porn photos as well."
It's almost like:
