SCH2010 Directions, location, maps and timings

Ok, the list for runway time closes at 2130 tonight (16 May) as I need to email access list into DCAE Cosford tomorrow am.
The list for any merchandise is now closed except for mugs (I have 25 for sale on the day or up until then) and a single blue baseball cap.
For camping, we are almost full so it remains open to sign up. If I get too many I may have to say no to some. If this is the case I apologise in advance, but I have had the lists up for a long time. For those couple who have contacted me about camping already and cannot confirm until later this week I am including your names in my list at present so please let me know if you can't make it asap and by 2100 Thursday if you can (so I know how much to pay when I arrive Saturday am).
For the BBQ I have 52 signed up and a few others who have said they'll turn up but not signed on so will cater for 60 unless I get a sudden surge (the long range weather forecast is looking good).
On the day it looks like 50+ cars signed up and half a dozen coming down from Scotland with TVRGit so we'll make a good presence in the allocated area (which can take up to 100 cars).
