Having just re-discovered the taste that is a Chicken Shish kebab, I fancy having a go at cooking them at home.

Anyone worked in a kebab shop, or can point me in the direction of a nice marinade mix that's not too spicy? I am not really adventurous when it comes to cooking, but think some spicy chicken will go well with the BBQ season.

Have no idea how 'authentic' this is, but i make kebabs for the BBQ with olive oil, paprika, lemon juice, coriender leaves and salt/pepper. Stick in a bag, throw the chicken in, leave for a few hours and stick em on!
