Are there any websites that give details about past house prices when they were sold. For example can I check the price that number 14 down the road sold for last year? I'm sure I've seen this sort of thing before but my memory is hazy and no amount of googling turns anything up. Thanks

I use Zoopla, goes back to 1997 I think.

Jolly useful in seeing how much a vendor paid for the house and when.
