Help! Forgotten PSN password!

As above really, I attempted to purchase the Stimulus pack and my PS requested a password. Not a problem normally but today I just cant remember it.
Have sent an e-mail off to the ps3 people but that may take some time, what can I do?
ETA: never mind, I forgot the stupid "one of the characters has to be a number" rule
