Got one for the weekend as thinking of getting rid of the 348, will let you know what I think on Monday.

absolutely mental, probably the quickest car I've driven apart from my old Griff 500 (talking on a daily driving level and including 911's, 355's)

Really is a car not to be underestimated. Back end a bit hairy at high speeds and on the twisty stuff but is really good overall. Very well put together and engine note is fantastic.

We'll have a review of the M3 on PH this week.

Out of interest Ted I popped by Mole Valley Chessington on my way home & were 2 griffs outside, 1 was mica/rosso pearl, had racing seats and pistonheads stickers on it, the other was light blue and had a distinctive numberplate, later on I saw them in Wandsworth, don't know who they are do you ?

The one with PH stickers sounds like Robin Harris's.

Love the Mcoupé. It's an absolute hoot. The wacky racer nonpareil. Now i want one even more (so many wonderful cars...)

Bit of a fast bread van if you ask me - seen one in red and half expected Postman Pat to get out.

M3 for me anytime. If it had to be a Bimmer.

The M Coupe is without doubt the fastest bread van ever built.

Damn - I hate it when people post exactly the same thing as you're typing whilst you're typing it!!

funnily enough, when I bounced it off the rev limiter (in 5th) on friday night, I did have a loaf of bread in the car.

Damn, getting confused myself here! We'll have a review of the M3 coupe, not the M3 coupe.

Sold mine 2 weeks ago, regretting it ever since.

Nothing (well, not much) compares for the money, in evo's group test the nearest competitor was £15k more

Still dont know what to get next... any suggestions?!

Err I think Ted means a review of the M3 coupe, not the Z3 M coupe

Hey - you think you lot are confused.

I've had an M serise coupe for 11 months, and I still don't know whether to call it an M3 Coupe, an M3 or an M Coupe.

Steve (with the err.. M3 Coupe - why don't they just give it a name!)

Steve, your car is an M3 Coupe, as opposed to an M3 Cabriolet or M3 Saloon.

The breadvan is an M Coupe, so called because the Munich munkeys started calling the M-Power Z3 an 'M Roadster' in official jargon (instead of Z3M for example).

I used to do a bit of work for BMW, hence this useless piece of info.

Still doesn't really cut out much confusion though - although in germany they have the M Coupe (breadvan) in 2.8 litre form as well (although sadly no 'Kingsmill' limited edition)...

no way, BM was wickedly fast, comfy and sounded great but can't beat taking the roof off on days like this. When I sell the 348 I'll either get a 911 or a Maserati 3200 and that will probably be at the end of the summer.

What I really want is to get a Griffith 4.3/500 as well as my daily car because as yet nothing has come close to the thrill my TVR gave me, the BMW did come close though. Unfortunately I don't have the parking (or enough money!!)

Am i the only person who thinks the 500 wheels ruin the look of the car?
