Problem with my DAB radio (TEAC H300DAB)
Discussion
Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone would have any suggestions.
I have the TEAC T-H300DAB Mk1 and I've just come back from holiday, turned the radio on only to find it displays 'DAB Initialize, Please Wait' all the time.
Nothing works, it wont turn off, sleep or switch to FM/AM.
Any ideas what I should do? Tried unplugging it and turning back on but it just does the same thing each time.
I've tried a factory reset but its still the same.
Thanks

We had a similar issue with a 3 or 4 year old radio, eventually (after, powering it on and off, shaking it etc) I just gave up and bought another:

Tesco sell it too. Well built, nice (stereo) sound, much better reception than the previous one, bargain imo.

Thanks for your reply, mine is / was part of my hifi system though, dont really want to spend another couple of hundred quid if it just needs resetting or something.http://www.bargainstock.co.uk/Product.asp?pid=1155

Ah ha, I didn't Google the spec but that's just made me think that we should get a proper radio rather than the little portable boxes. I think I have evolved into one of my technically dated parents, they say that they will ''send me an E'' by which they mean email and heard somewhere that the kids had shortened email to 'e', bless
