Has Pistonheads inspired the magazines

Just a thought, but the new features and ideas which crop up in places like Autocar - Trackday info for example and some of the look and feel - all seem to debut a couple of months earlier on PH. Seems like it has become the bible for serious motoring enthusiasts and professionals. What do you all think?

Pistonheads. Part web site, part magazine, part club. It IS an interesting combination isn't it? The more conventional magazines can't compete in some ways.
