MW2 disc is broken.

My MW2 disc (x360) has two deep scratches on it. Is it fked?

It sometimes loads, but I can't get onto online games. It days it's unreadable.

Other times, when I first turn on xbox, it days 'Open tray' when the disc is in.

Is it too late to install onto hard drive?

Also, I've read that a lot of people have had their mw2 discs broken due to the design of the case. Can I send IW a strongly worded email (like a man) and ask them to send me a new one? I've just spend a tenner on the new maps. This fking disc is going in next doors garden in a minute.

I will do. I've read that they charge 20 quid for a replacement disc but if that's the case the can sod right off.

Borrow or hire a good disc, install that on your HD, you may find your disc will still be good enough to activate the HD game.
