European breakdown cover - more than 90 days?

Does anyone know of an insurance company that will do specific european breakdown cover (for TVR)for more than 90 days? This seems the maximum duration for a "Single trip" I need it for 121 days!

Only one I knew of was Haggerty, but we all know what's happened to their TVR policies...

"If you require annual cover for more than 90 days, please call us on 0800 316 1852 for an Annual Long Stay quote."

I've got full 12 months European cover with the German ADAC for €79,00.
They have shipped my last Tuscan back to the UK twice in the last 3 years free of charge and are very efficient. (as you would expect).
