What is it with this junction that drivers just cannot use the lanes painted onto the tarmac and have to constantly change lanes at the last minute causing the traffic flow to stop ?! and the traffic lights are always out !! Grrrrr.

I don't think most people in that area can read English road signs Its a crap junction as is most of the A406 North and South circular
