TZ'er de-lurking
Discussion
Hi All,
I have been lurking here for a few months now and thought it must be time to jump out of the wardrobe.
I found my way here from posting on TZUK watch forum to looking at PH watches and then on to 'pedal powered'.
Living in central London I have not owned a car for years. I have coveted 67-69 Mustangs for a long time and was lucky enough by chance find a 68 for hire while spending a day in Napier NZ. The love affair was truly cemented
1 day I will own one!
In my stable are a 12yr old Kona Lava-Dome that I have had from new. A 3yr Old Specialized Allez Comp and a 2 month old Boardman Pro HT.
The Lava-Dome is now my son's bike.
Specialized = 1x2hr road ride a week. Tyres are Michelin Pro3.
Boardman = 1x3.5hr XC ride a week. Tyres are 1.5 Conti Cross Country (now bloomin discontinued)
I have done the London Triathlon at Olympic Distance for the last four years. This year will be my fifth.
I will also be doing my first 1/2 Iron Man distance at some point this year. I am not concerned about upping the distance as I 'do' Endurance not Speed
Cheers
Matt
