You should have had an email explaining, but it was naming and shaming and by the time it was reported it had grown too much to be easily edited. Sorry.

Cool and no problem.

I had intended to finalise the thread to whatever conclusion happens and it could have worked out well and good publicity for ###### or equally not depending on their attitude.

As a matter of interest I have escalated my complaint to their head office who are now helping sort my problem out
