Tumble Dryer condensing kits - do they work?
Discussion
I have a tumble dryer in the garage I am concerned because it just vents into the garage, and not externally. Been looking at one of these http://www.toolstation.com/shop/sd3083/p65417 and wondered if they actually work? Any views?

I had one of these before I changed to a condenser dryer. They don't really work that well and I ended up getting and extended vent pipe and running it out a window in the utility room. They are better than just having an open vent, but only marginally. In my old garage I used to just let it vent out. Never seemed to cause any issues, if anything it warmed the place up a bit.
Unless the garage is a sealed unit, with an insulated roller door, it should be drafty enough to ventilate all ok.
Just watch out for a the odd bit of lint floating around on your nice clean car
