More of the same. I don't want a head to head in the best shopping car, but they could get more extreme. Wonder what a dry track and no holds barred bently/lotus would be. Be nice to see that go sideways full tilt.

Oh don't be so miserable...

They've made a massive shift in our direction.. it wasn't perfect as I previously intimated, but if they really are listening to our gripes, then I think they should equally hear our appreciation when they improve.

How many of those here who were watching wasn't rooting for the Lotus Engineering guys and nodding sagely (with a chin-beard rub) at their choice of a V6 4wd car as opposed to the maxyP fwd 4 pot??

It gave value.

I just missed the end off the race.
I can't believe M** P**** beat Lotus!! How the hell did they do that!!!!! They stuck stupid spoilers on and furry dice. What is the world coming to. They should have had TVR there they could have found an old Cerbera engine lying about, even running on four cyl's that could have creamed that Cavalier. AAAAAARRRGGGGHH.

Similar topic,

Has anyone noticed that Channel 5 are launching a new programme called 5th Gear? Hosted by a Mr T Needell, Q Willson, VBH and Adrian Simpson. Sound familiar?

Starts on Monday at 8pm I believe....

Ooh I can hardly wait.

Lotus beaten.... Naaaaa

My insider told me the whole thing was a fix.. (Good fun though)

Their XR 4x4 - creamed the Civic in the drag race - so they had to record it again and let the Honda win !

As for the mickey mouse race course... Well FFS !!!

A shift in the right direction i`ll agree

Hmmm, Amanda yum yum.
She was in Drivel, she was "driving" the Civic R to give a "benchmark" to the other cars, even though she couldnt keep up with the Cav and jelly mould!

Good to see the holier then holy R fail against two lumps of poo.

Also, the Lotus guys faces when they lost was superb.
M** P**** boys were just having a laugh, and so was Barleymow when he was honking around the track in the Cav, with furry dice swinging.

Wrong Car Right Car was also class. Two grown men coming over (so to speak) all silly over a horsey woman with a big horsey arse. Pathetic.

I didn't watch Wrong Car, Shite Car, because when I read the precis and saw it was about a woman with an SUV, pulling a shed - with a horse in it!!! - I decided that my blood pressure couldn't take it...

I bet the chaps from Crewe would have been well impressed if Jason Plato has smacked the Bentley's bum on that chicane!! It was damned close!
