TVR paint woes!!

Help!!
I have had my 2003 Tuscan from new - now 19k miles. But, the roof has some micro blisters and there are a few (not serious) stone chips around the front. Solution - have it painted - and I would if it was not Rosso Pearl!! Now the paint hasn't faded but it would appear the only people capable of spraying this paint worked in Bristol Avenue. Has anyone had a good experience with the same dilemma? If so who did it...!
Any advice short of a full re-paint will be really gratefully received.

John, I use a chap called Ted from Motahedz near Malvern for all of my paint work. He helped develop a lot of the specialist TVR paints and should be able to give you some advice. I know that a lot of them are "repaint only" ie, you can't paint just part of a car, however, I'm not sure about the colour on your car.
He's a fair trek from you, but if you give him a ring on 07969 350401 I'm sure he'd give you some impartial advice. Tell him I gave him your number.

I have painted dozens of rosso cars at the factory and a few front end of cars since, it is not always necessary to do a full respray but what needs to be taken in to account with rosso is that at the factory there were 3 of us painting it and the finish/redness would be different depending which one of us painted it. Also there is rosso 1, 2 and 3 and the bases for some of the earlier ones are no longer available.
Thanks - which bits did you have done? I was thinking of the front wings and bonnet for the stone chips and the roof. I had hoped that the lines of the car would be a good break from a matching point of view!!!

I've had rear wings and door done and you'd never know. Fair enough, mine is only 4 years old but has never been garaged so is fading beautifully!
Give the RG guys a shout, they will be very honest with you.

PS Malc (Potato Muncher) has done a front end (and a boot) for me and you would never spot it (that's Red Glow though)
