I clicked to go back to the News, Politics and Economics section from the top link in the Oxford street explosion thread. It sent me back into the gassing station. It showed the Big Blue skin and the name at top said "Mr Will".

So I had a scroll down the page and saw some sections that aren't available to me ( )

When I clicked on the N,P&E section again, it loaded it up like normal, with the (better ) PH Classic skin and my normal (limited) selection of fora to choose from.

I remember this happening about a year ago or so, but I thought it was fixed.

Out of interest, what ISP do you use and roughly where in the country are you?

I'm on the Blackberry, so just the generic Blackberry browser. I'm currently at home (Northants), not that it will make a difference to the IP iirc.

I left the browser on the last page of the "racingdude009" thread last night. This morning I clicked onto N,P&E from that last page. The topic had since been closed, would/should that have made a difference?

Shouldn't make any difference, so it's a bit of a puzzle really!

Blackberry traffic will all come from one cluster of redirectors in the us (blackberry.net). Don't know if they're ignoring no-cache headers or something? Is the MID field applied properly to mobile posts?

MID appears to be there correctly (on my end at least), so that doesn't seem to be it. To add to the confusion, I don't have a blackberry so my details shouldn't be on their servers anyway!

I am on the O2 network.

It is probably irrelevant, but when this was happening regularly before, I found myself in the gassing station as Oakey, Andrew W G, Skeggy Steve and possibly a couple more that I don't recall now.

Very odd, I'm on Vodafone, so it's not network related either!
