Sorry, I was after the street name. smile

I wonder how the those bystanders would have felt had they known that one of its descendants would bomb their grandchildren.

I was thinking that when I posted. And then I realised it was the plane that replaced the Lincoln that bombed them...

-edit-

I can't figure out where it was in that photo, but...

Pretty wide street, I'd guess the 9 de Julio (unless BsAs has been extensively remodelled since then).

Anyone who nicks our land can expect to be bombed.

Well they could have done; I expect now we'd say 'carry on Sanchez'

Ah, but ours comes complete with a haunted cockpit and ghost. Allegedly.

I think you might be right, this is a photo I took earlier this year looking into the Cosford Lincoln.

Well they did use them until 1967.

Bingo smile

Well done everyone. And yes it was taken under the starboard wing on some grass. hehe

Here's a better photo.

The museum is worth visiting, they have a Hunter and a Canberra as well as cockpit sections of a Lightning and a Vulcan.

Edited to add the museum URL...
