Scottish Motor Racing Knockhill
Discussion
Headed up to knockhill this weekend to take some pictures, don't think I've used my camera for some proper pictures since the Isle of Man TT last year so was a bit rusty. The weather was pretty poor, dull and wet all day but I think I got a few decent pictures.

Excellent work on the panning. Can you tell me how to become rusty - it seems to work well ...

Nice shots! The weather was a nightmare. From heavy rain, to snow, to glorious sunshine, all in one day
You couldn't have been far from me Alan...
Yeah the weather wasnt what i was expecting seeing as its been nice pretty much every other day, luckily i had an umbrella in the car and worked out a way of tucking it in my jacket so i could use it hands free. Worked surprisingly well and i stayed dry, was still cold though.

I find taking a ridiculous amount of pictures works, bound to get a few that are good
Hmm. I've tried that. Not sure the numbers game would work that well at 1/20th though ...
If your already doing that then practice is all i can suggest.

Middle of day best for hit rate. Warmed up by then usually. Towards the end of the day fatigue sets in and concentration dips, or so I find. Maybe it's an age thing ...
