evening,

i think i need new pads for front and back, anyone have any recommendations?

just found out that i have bent the rear axle too, bugger!!!! well i think i have, when wheel spins eccentrically.

Bent rear axle? Never heard of that. More likely the wheel needs truing, or it isn't in the dropouts correctly.

The thing is that the disc doesnt spin true - catches on the caliper, so I'm assuming there is a hub/axle issue.

Also, just got the old pads out of the caliper, they were worn down to the retaining bracket banghead

Everything appears to me mounted ok - have taken the wheek out, reseated it etc. It was working fine until a few weeks back.

Could the frame be bent? Have you tried adjusting the caliper position?

The disc doesn't mount onto the axle, it mounts onto the hub body and you can't bend that.

Something else is up.
