why no Subaru section?

Hi folks,

Not sure where to post this, but here's a general question for you.

This site seems to accommodate discussions for almost every marque of car in it's forum sections, but I don't see one for Subaru.

Did I miss something?

I thought it was covered by the porscher section. You both use the same types of engines?

Plenty of Subaru things pop up here. It doesn't need its own section.

I'm surprised that you don't think it needs it own section. Do most WRX/STi/Evo owners use their own specific forums?

Because a subaru section would attract the "what £1 st can I stick on my roof" crowd rather than the my diff is awesome look at the engineering.

I may be wrong though.

ahhhhh......filter out the chav traffic. Couldn't agree more. Perhaps us 256 bhp Prodrive Forester owners are a little more discerning?

Jap chat have had polls over the years asking if they wanted it split up and they didn't so it's stayed as it is.

Not that i have anything to do with it though.

It's not to do with "chav traffic" in the slightest, it's more to do with the way forums grow.

If you create a new forum when there is not already sufficient traffic to fill it then rather than growing it tends to become stagnant and die off. At the moment Jap chat is quiet enough as it is, so it is the best place for Subaru topics, but if it starts to become dominated by them then we can look at splitting them out.
