well the Arm has been shot blasted and i just need to know wether it is reapairable or not from the pictures , i don't know what is possible , most of the damage is in the tube but it's the little bit of damage on the main box section i am worried about
Depends whether you can weld yourself or not. What I did was tack it to a large scrap plate to maintain the geometry. Cut out the old tube and weld in some new. Just make sure you can access to weld when you tack it.
