E-Class 250CDI - good, bad or ugly?

After a fairly convincing test drive I'm about to pull the trigger on my first Merc, a new E-Class Estate 250CDI SE Auto with COMAND.

It ticks the boxes on space, running costs, finance etc

Count the minutes to delivery or "RUN AWAY!!" ??
