A Nightmare at the Office

The nightmare begins, should have been a simple job to take off a door, first door catch seized up, second door hinge bolts seized up in the nylon bushings, had to cut the bolts with a hacksaw blade and don't my hands know it, to cap it off all the bolts inside of the doors seized, had to drill out from the outside and snap off the bolts, only bit of luck was to use a easy out to get the bolts out of the door bobbins.
Then I decided to remove the swish wing mirror, easy job ? boy was I wrong, I now have a 2" hole in the door to fill in. Next week I will do the other door, Don't you just love TVR for there easy to repair / service cars.
