Hi guys,

Was just wondering if anyone might be able to help me out - i've created a .psd file that I want to use as a watermark on images - i've got the file saved to my desktop.

Now, the question is - without dragging and dropping the layer onto each individual image manually, is there any other way of doing it?

I've looked online and i've looked on here using the search, but i'm not managing to find what i'm looking for.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 8 on a PC.

The standard answer in Phull-Phat Photoshop is "...create an action..."

Can you do that in Elements?

I tried copying and pasting a layer from one image to another but it didn't work. So I just type in my URL by hand, adjust colour as required and apply blending/glow to suit. Takes time but I'm judged by results, not how long it takes!

In the file menu should be a batch option, check that.

Thanks for the advice guys - i've tried using the process multiple files bit, but I couldn't get the watermark to how I wanted it.

So, what i've done instead is created my own brush pattern using formatted text - that seems to have done the trick.....I still need to go into each file individually, but at least i've got more control over it now.

Cheers
