Drop down menus only work on the what's new page

The drop down menus work for me on the what's new page (the ones under, e.g. 'My Info') but not any other page as far as I can see.

Does it look like there is still something loading on the page when these do not work, as this could affect it. Otherwise you could try swapping to the Big Blue skin which removes these menus.
