as said above, when the car goes over 30mph the traction control comes back on, when he wants it switched off

What's it stopping him doing above 30mph?

Pretty common on recent pugs. TC won't stay off, the button is there for getting you out of the snow.

Stop trying to keep it off. He'll need some extra "mods" for that.

when he starts the car he will turn the tc off, but once he goes over 30 it will turn itself back on again

Pull plugs from all ABS sensors? Job done. Just hope there's a tyre wall to cushion the crashhehe

Hey. There is no problem with the car, the car turns on traction control on purpose that just how it's made. most peugeot's are made to do that. But on my 207 RC, the traction control can stay off as long as i want.

I have a Cooper S with the same engine as this Peugeot.

TC gets turned off all the time. I hate it. Much more intrusive than the system on my Audi. And on the Mini it stays off, does what it's told.
aslo stays off at my Peugeot 207 RC
