Hi Chaps.
My good old trek 4300 has been stolen from my cycleshed, locked and secure (well.....irked)
I'm going to need a decent ish bike to do 12 miles a day on, what's a good choice, if anyone has a decent second hand one then I'm ears

Oh, yes, and at 6'2 what sort of frame size do I need?

Thanks
Mike.

giant rapid. i just love these things, they are essentially straight bar racing bikes, they are becoming the commuter bike of choice around here at the moment, taking over from the sirrus and the ridgeback...

as for size, whatever fits, at a guess an XL will give you the necessary leg space, and the room between the saddle and the bars. its more to do with reach and the upper body length rather than simple height.
