2+1 scotch tape blue aaaaargghhh why ?

does the above decorators tape supposedly for painting a straight edge always end up taking the other paint off ?

According to the packet you should be able to leave it on for 14 days, but everytime i use it, i peel it off and it takes the underlying paint off , blue decorating tape middle adhesion, any idea's.

i keep promising never to buy it again, but i slipped up and thought i'll try it again, it must be the most pointless product out

try putting it onto your clothes first to reduce it's adhesion. I never leave tape on very long anyway. Once the paint is tacky then I remove the tape.

Make sure that any paint you stick it to is properly set.
