Agreed - excellent film despite low budget. Can't believe anyone liked Mission to Mars, what with it's s l o w m o t i o n to make it look like space...

Not like cloverfield really. As a film it twists and turns a bit, makes you think a bit, but they underplay it all nicely. Very well paced...

It has it's own thread running on here somewhere with lots of opinions (but also some spoilers)

I watched it and think everryone should give it a go, I really liked the simplicity of it but it kept you with it all the way.

I think we were spoilt with Sci-Fi last year - and this was a stand out hit for me!

Meh... Not really what I consider though provoking. 2001, 1984, THX1138, etc, are thought provoking sci-f. This was a predictable story.
