Usual sort of stuff about the demise of the british sports car industry.
A car each with a stupid attachment, lots of british classics in the main building inc PWs 5000M...

Give the TG team a chance. They aren't going to be able to buy a TVR for their usual £500/£1000 so what we could end up with is a really good challenge that raises the profile of TVR and other British classics. I don't know what they're going to get up to, but I find their escapades make me more likely to buy one of the cars, not less.

As for moaning about the loss of the British car industry, if I was watching the TV when they had the barefaced cheek to say that after the countless slating and piss taking they've done of the Brit car industry it would be curtains for my poor innocent TV as something heavy was launched at it.

TG is ok if you take it with a cellar of salt. I just look at it as a bit of light entertainment and nothing informative.

For people who know about cars yes. For those who do not they mostly take it seriously! I have had so many people say "TVR are crap...", "why is that" I ask "because Top Gear says so" is normally the reply.
