Cost of garage construction ??

Anybody know the cost of building an average size garage ? Brick built, already a hardstanding (to be built on an existing plot), up/over door, all standard stuff, no electrics.

In fact I really need to know what a block of three would cost !

Size? Roof construction?

Are these for rental? If so cheapest option would be a battery of concrete sectionals.

Size - current block of three is 5.25M x 7.90M.

Roof construction - currently corragated (sp?) asbestos crap. Replacement - flat timber/felt. Maybe a little tiled ridge at the front (can't remember what you call it but behind would be flat).

ETA - No, not for rental.

As a VERY rough guestimate it could be done for £7k-£10k depending on type of brick/block used and assuming no groundworks.
