They reset my ABS ecu this morning for me after I fitted an Exige 4 channel unit in place of the stock 2 channel one. Nice friendly place, with a hell of a nice selection of very immaculate cars to ogle while waiting. beer

The drool marks on the Morgan AeroMax? They're mine. Sorry about that.

Very nice car that. I think strange as it may seem that my favourite in the room was the 355, Morgan the 430 Scud and the 599 was good as well as a bigger car. However, beautiful in their own way all the other cars were I couldn't help thinking they were all a bit poseur, all a bit over the top. I can't imagine any of them being driven anywhere but a city centre or a californian costal road.. was great to have a good look at them and if I was silly rich I'd probably buy them to drive to work or the shops as well, apart from the kermit green R8, that looked horrid biggrin

One that did suprise me was the Black/ Dark Grey Lambo they had out front, not sure which it was but I was suprised how small a frnot end it had, I'd like to drive one of them to see what its like. Never been a fan before.

edited for accuracy

I got my Exige for DL (Matt Haskins now ex DL) and couldn't have been happier. With hind sight still very happy, I got the car I wanted at a fair price with excellent service.

Nearly went back a few moths later for something far more serious but the "Mrs gene" kicked in and reminded me I have children who expect an inheritance frown

If they'd let me take anything in the room for a month right then, I'd have been in the AeroMax. It just oozed effortless class.

Wo wo wo... back the bus up a bit!

You've worked all your life so that someone else gets it fall in their lap..?

My folks agonised at releasing some equity in their house a few years back saying that they didn't want to diminish our inheritance (4 children) - I said, "bks to that! They've earned it and I expect nothing!"

Doesn't seem like a good enough reason for you to have not bagged an Exige S Tony!

We got our Europa from DL and they were very good. Great deal and done everything and more than expected. Considering we were just picking up a 2nd hand Europa. They even put the car in the main garage amongst Maseratis, Ferraris and an Enzo for us to pick up. They made the purchasing process very easy and fun. It felt very special, something you cannot say nowadays.

Totally agree with you Janitor. My farther said he came in to world with nothing and will go out with the same. Probably evem leave debts. It was the best thing he ever said to me. I never found the need to suck up to him I have worked for what I have and always given more thought to my actions, as I know there would be no one to bail me out. I think we have a better relationship because of it too. I know so many people my age getting in to debt sucking up, putting up and waiting for some sad day when they are left some money to pay it all off.
