Indicators not working

Wonder if anyone can help, my indicators have stopped working, I have checked the fuse and it is fine. What would be the next things to check. Thanks in advance Nathan

Check the bulbs and conection of the bulb holder, being very carefull with the lens and screws(don't over tighten them)
Then the most likely problem the 2 pin connectors behind them under the bonnet. Always corrode badly.


Read that as front indicators.

Nothing working at all, front back or side repeaters ?

I'd try the flasher unit,apart from making the lamps flash it also makes the "clicking" noise. Mines tucked up under the dash somewhere, typical TVR, no bracket just cable tied to some wiring.

They are designed to operate against the resistance of three bulbs so if one or two bulbs are out it will flash very fast.

When I open the car all the indicaters flash apart from the off side front bumper bulb. But when I try the stalk in the car nothing and the same for the hazards.

It does sound like the flasher unit as I think the hazards have a seperate power feed and fuse.
Its an absolute pig to get at by the way.

I have a similar problem - no indicators or hazards so I replaced the flasher unit. I now have working hazards (mostly) but still no indicators so nxt step is going to be checking the connections and earths. For info my unit was tucked down behind the carpet on the right hand side of the drivers footwell...took me ages to find it!
