Brooklands is having a Motorsport Weekend this weekend and they have asked if we would like to display up to 10 Corvettes on both Saturday and Sunday.

If you would like to and are available, please let me know asap with the following info.

Day(s) you can make it. i.e. Saturday / Sunday /Both
Your Name
Details about your car i.e. Model / Colour etc.

I need to let the museum know so they will let you in!

Yes from me. I can make Saturday definately but may need to negotiate Sunday with Jeannie and the girls.
You know my name etc. Am I being a "whoos" if I say that my attendance is weather dependant??

What time would we have to be there Nigel? I'm interested but am going to a prty Saturday night so I might not be in the land of the living for a while. Sounds like Brett's interested too. If I'm alive we could fly round the M25 and arrive together.

It's got some good museums with a few aircraft on display,i think there's a Wellington Bomber that was salvaged from a FJord and is being restored in one of the hangers.

What time to arrive & depart ? Will we need to arrive in clean cars as the damp and salty roads are a bit of a problem at the moment. Any entry fees to pay for the museum etc. ?

I am available on Saturday only.

Has this been posted/advertised on the CCCUK web site? Should it be? Maybe re-phrase... It should be....

I posted outline info and a link on the CCCUK site a few days back, although there was very little on the Brooklands site at that time.
Planning to go Saturday, later part of the morning.

Hi Nigel, Keith and I could come on Sunday with either just the pace car or pace and green vette, let me know if this is ok?

Thanks for the responses. I have just got off of the phone from the guy organising the event and there will be a Corvette Parking area. So, please head for the main entrance, tell them you are part of the CCCUK display of Corvettes and they should let you in!

His words were the more the merrier! So if you want to take the Pace Car and the LT1 please feel free.
