How much should I spend?

Depends on what the wife says ?
Don't forget the well versed "10% a year" running costs too....
Maybe a bit ambitious for one of these.... Insurance normally 1% of the boat cost (very approx.), and I can't imagine a lift out, chocks and rub down/anti-foul being cheap!Don't forget the well versed "10% a year" running costs too....
Would expect around £5-6000 to fill up? It's a 700 litre tank, so more or less? So depends how much you plan to use her, but a good few long weekends could see a £30-40k fuel bill if she's used, especially long journeys.
If a 3 year old model is going for around £850k, a very rough guess at upkeep would be £100k a year including fuel, insurance, maintenance, etc.
My fuel bill last year was £29!

10% of NET worth is the rule of thumb I was told by a tanned sunseeker sales woman. didn't really remember much else.
- Checks bank account**

remember seeing the price of their chairs for the deck, think at the time they were £450+, i thought not bad for a set.... nope. each.
ps NET worth, so not really what you have in your personal bank acc...
