Ed - I should be going to VW on Sunday, so I wouldn't mind meeting up with you. But before anyone asks (or Podie makes a wise crack... ),I still haven't run in the engine yet, due to not enough time etc, so you will all just have to grin and bear it I'm affraid...

By the way, will Mel be comming along with you and if so, will she be along in the S or travelling in the Tuscan with you?

Mark - I don't know if anyone's told you, but you only need to run engines in for about 1000 miles! Most people have done 10000 in the time you've had the new engine in your car!

Not sure where or when we're meeting yet, but I doubt it will be too early! Mel will probably be in her S as long as she gets a few jobs done on it beforehand.

Some of us use a rather quaint old technology called film! I've got to wait to get the slides back from the developers, then scan them in. Should be done by the weekend hopefully!

It'll be out on Trackdemon's Sunday morning Docklands/Essex runs in the near future.... you should have a trip down and join us for lunch in deepest Essex next time.
