V Power out of stock?

I've just been to fill up at my local Shell station and there is a notice on the only V-Power pump saying that Shell have informed them the next delivery won't be until 15th March. I went to Tescos and put some 99 in but would prefer to use Shell. Nothing about a shortage on the Shell web site. Does anyone on here know anything or has my local garage simply not paid their bill?
