Recommend me a restaurant near London W1 please

I am looking to take a couple of people out, and want somewhere impressive for a lunch this Friday. W1 is an area I know little about when it comes to food.

None of us have any dietary issues, and I'm open to suggestion when it comes to the type of food.

Cost under £100 a head including drinks if possible (they're not the boozy type).

Thoughts? Ideas? Surprise me...
