Clue is in the name, one is a monthly challenge, one is the monthly competition. Different rules apply to both.

Palm Springs yes, but heading West to LA. Great road!

sorry got bearings wrong! Yes recognised the road, weirdo f all the roads I did that trip I remember that with fondness for some reason corners!

Very, it doesn't even need to be a road! looking for alternative places,people, lifestyle as much as anything. Hope that helps
