Geneva: Wiesmann Gets M3 power
New 'S' version of MF4 shows minor facelift but major power hike and 7-speed gearbox
Wiesmann, the German company that makes roadsters and coupes that all look like a cross between a Jag XK120 and an Austin Healey 3000, have shoehorned the BMW M3's wonderful 414bhp 4.8-litre V8 and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission into its dainty MF4.
Don't care about the invisible facelift, ugly active rear wing and lurid green interior that doesn't match the vomit-hued green wheels. This thing weighs just 1315kg and hits 62mph in 4.4sec. If we had 144,000 Euros, we'd take the yellow roadster.

I heard rumors they were going to start making these in RHD.. If they did it would be straight to the top of the 'wish list'
Could you really ignore how ugly it is?cvegas said:
Are you sure that is not some dodgey £5,000 kit car? Looks a bit naff and ill-proportioned. You could buy a real and very lovely XK150 for that money.
And have all the worries of classic car ownership. The Wiesmann looks much better in the metal and is extremely well engineered (or at least appeared to be from the two I've poked around).Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
