Why can't I change my profile image?

Evening Mods,

I've tried changing my profile picture, this currently being a Ford Seirra Sapphire Cosworth to a Ford Mustang 1958 Bullitt.

Why won't it change to the Mustang?

It's a mustang..... Try force refreshing (CTRL & F5).

Change pic URL, save, go back to profile put it back in save again. Twice usually does it, but the new link disappears after you do it the first time.

Ok that's weird - when I viewed it yesterday when you posted your profile picture was a mustange. Now, it's a Sierra!?
