Help appreciated with the following as I get her ready for some serious Spring fun:

Where is the central locking module, whats it from and is it a diy job to replace?? It locks fine -but wont unlock confused !!

And has anyone managed a meaningful stereo upgrade without any major surgery - I'm thinking rear speakers are the most likely candidate for a bit more volume and base - Bat Out of Hell when you are pushing on music is great..............if you can hear it! Any tips much appreciated.

the unit is under the dash, there has been several threads on replacing it, it is a bit of a pig by all accounts, but well worth attempting as the going rate when they changed mine was about 3 hours labour for a £40 part. do a couple of searches, I am sure the info is on here somewhere.

Do a search on "Janitor"'s posts, Clive did a great how-to thread upgrading everything in terms of hi-fi.

Seloc has a good 'how to' on the module, I used it when I did mine, wasn't quite as fiddly as I first thought
