subforum on s59

Is it worthwhile haveing a seprate forum on s59 notices?
It seems every couple of days someone is posting about being given one. A separate forum would give an idea of the size of the problem

To be fair, the Search function didn't exist yesterday. The Google alternative is all well and good, but you can't specify a particular forum with it.

It was down for about 8-9 minutes at about 11ish.

Soon you will have no excuses on the Search as we are putting in a brand spanking server just for search next week

As to the forum request, I think they still fall under the Speed, Plod and Law category, plus we have special rules for that forum to stop newbies posting in it, so all in all I think they should stay there.
